Before Silicon Valley became the technology center of the world, the San Jose Flea Market put it on the map. “La Pulga,” as it is known to locals, is America's first and largest flea market. Thousands of immigrants now rely on it for their livelihood. Because of the scarcity of land, “La Pulga” faces imminent closure due to new development. This film chronicles the community’s struggle and the politics involved.
